Message: Staff is always professional and quick to help with tenant needs.

Message: Very good service and attention to basic needs, my water heater died and Lu responded quickly having the Maintenace there the very next morning, it was determined that the water heater needed to be replaced and was done so quickly.

Message: Technician connected my TV and explained how my control worked. Friendly, helpful and on time. (That is an old post. ) The most recent visit was to tighten the striker plate on my front door. The worker used a longer screw and that has helped. The door does still stick a bit, however. The worker was polite and prompt. The current visit was just to unjam the cord to lower the slats on a window. I know how but could not get it to respond. The worker did it in just minutes. Thank you.

Message: We moved into a 2BR downstairs unit, 6 months into the pandemic, and only saw pictures and descriptions of the apartment before moving in. We weren't disappointed! It was decent size, great for a couple or if you have 1 child. (Not sure how some people fit a family of 4 and pets in there, but they do.. ) It wasn't a bad place to live, although the buildings are a bit dated, and the countertops LOOK like granite, but are just an epoxy coating, which seems to chip off quite easily. They fixed every little thing within hours of notifying them of any issues. It was pretty decent, although there were a few minor things, like the electrical outlet outside on the patio and the outside spigot on the patio.. neither of them ever worked. If I needed to plug something in outside, I just ran a cord through the window to a working outlet.. However, I don't agree with a couple of the nonsensical rules.. for instance,. 1) NO floats or rafts in the pools. And no music at the pools. My music is not audible to anyone else, unless they were in the pool area but if another resident came to the pool, I'd turn it off. And I'd take my raft/float out if the pool if other residents were using the pool too. 2) Not supposed to back into your assigned parking space. You're supposed to ONLY pull into it. Problem for me, us there was a HUGE pickup truck parked next to me. By the time I back out far enough to see if another car is coming, my car might get hit. I ALWAYS back in, no matter WHERE I park, and have for over 35 years. It's safer to pull forward out of a parking space, than it is to back out of one.. Additionally, when we moved out, I was charged a carpet cleaning fee, despite having shampooed the carpets myself. It was a downstairs 2BR, so only carpets in the bedrooms. I cleaned them TWICE before we left. Don't know why I bothered to shampoo the carpets, since they charged us for it, but we can't prove THEY actually DID clean them, since we've already moved out.. Still not a bad place at all, they are very responsive to fixing issues that arise. Lu and the maintenance guys are very friendly and always quick to take care of problems. Rent is fairly reasonable and comparable to other places in Woodland of similar structure and age. We enjoyed the time we lived there, and would still be there, if we hadn't relocated out-of-state.

Message: Been living here for a few months now, and my family and I love it here. Lu, who works in the leasing office is amazing. She is thorough and helped us step by step in making our lease happen, especially us coming from southern Cali. She promptly followed up on phone calls and emails. Quiet neighborhood and the grounds are kept clean.
