Message: Don't know what to say after reading this reviews, just must be talking about another company. Because I lived there a while back for some years. I got My apartment in a decent amount of time only paying $300 for a 2 bedroom Noooo roaches no bed bugs but that's considering I kept my place CLEAN, because when they gave me the place first of all everything was newly painted new rug, heater and everything else working and you inspect the place IF you want it you take it nobody pointed a gun to my head an made me take it. plus if you don't like the first apartment they offer you you have 2 more chances in the area that you choose. So how can you go wrong?plus every year they would do a routine check up on the place, even if I told them everything was fine they would still come and check, at a convenient time when you are Home. So I would personally from experience tell you that this is a great place to live at. plus you're only paying like 30 percent of what you make. Thank God for not being homeless and keep your place cleeean and neat with no food left around for the roaches to eat believe me they will starve to death or leave. I would say thank your stars your not homeless, have a positive attitude a nicer things would come and GOD BLESS ALPHA PROPERTY!
